Harper celebrates October at Fall Festival
Pumpkin carving, scavenger hunts, skull painting, magicians and a photobooth were only a few of several offerings featured at Harper College’s Fall Festival on Oct. 20.
Harper’s Student Activities Board members brought out a display of balloons and Halloween-themed decor. Seasonal Halloween music set the tone throughout Harper’s quad as dozens of students gathered to partake in the festivity.
Students were able to get caricature art done, participate in a scavenger hunt and play bingo from 2-3pm. Food options included pizza, pretzels, cider donuts, candy and hot chocolate.
The Student Activities board was pleased with the larger than expected turnout. Students were required to register in advance to participate, due to Covid-19 related restrictions.
